Default
Divorce
If
your spouse is not willing to sign the papers then
you will need to do a default divorce.
There
will be two filings with a default divorce. Our package
includes both filings.
You
will file the first set of documents and have your
spouse served. Some states allow service by certified
mail and if your spouse lives in a different state
you can serve by certified mail.

your spouse has been served you will have to wait
the mandatory waiting time (normally 30 days) before
filing the final paperwork.
