When I place my order do I need to fill out the intake
form right away or can I save it and fill it out later?
A.
You can fill the intake form out when you are ready.
If we don't receive an intake form from you within
a few days you will receive a reminder notice with
the link included. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU AGAIN TO
RETURN TO THE INTAKE FORM.
Q.
What if I need to make changes to my information,
will I be charged?
A.
We will only charge you to change your information
if the papers have been completed and mailed, otherwise,
we always try NOT to charge for changes. We never
charge for small changes or additions. The only thing
we would charge for is if the type of divorce needs
to be changed and we have to redo the papers. If the
papers have not been completed, we don't charge.

What if I am missing information when I fill out the
intake form?
A.
If we receive an intake form from you that is missing
required information, we will send you an email asking
for this information. We do not charge for this.

Notice: We will do our best to work with you in gathering
the information we need. Keep in mind that every state
is different and we may need additional information
from you when preparing your documents. We collect
the least amount of information possible from you
in the beginning. We do not charge you for adding
information during the processing phase. We are willing
to change the documents during this process without
charging you.
