Information We Need From You

We take your privacy very seriously. This is the reason we do not keep your information on our web sites. There are some companies that do this but we feel strongly that by doing this, your information is at risk.

We collect what is called an intake form. This has the very basic information we need to start your divorce papers. Some states require additional information to be used and in these cases, we will contact you directly and only take exactly the information we need.

We take great pride in what we do and we will do all we can to guarantee your privacy. We have never had a breech of anyone's personal information. So, intead of keeping your information stored on our servers, we collect it, use the information to prepare your forms and then we shred the documents. The only thing we keep record of is your name, date of order, and date of completion. We do keep copies of your divorce papers for 30 days in case you need to get another copy.

We feel that if you have questions, we will personally answer them for you instead of having you "log on" to our servers and try to figure it out. We try to make things simple and secure.
